When ordering over the website – please select the corresponding freight charges that apply to your order – Crossfire is not accountable if you select the wrong option.

All orders are tracked and will require a signature on arrival. Parcels will not, under any circumstances, be left unattended at a residence. If the recipient is not at the delivery location, a note will be left to arrange alternate delivery.

The Crossfire Group will not be held responsible for delivery failure as a result of non-attendance.

Unclaimed articles – is when an article is addressed for delivery at an office; or to an addressee at a hotel; or other accommodation establishment, other than the proprietor, an employee, or a member of the family of the proprietor or an employee of that establishment, and has not been claimed by the addressee within 30 days after the date on which the article is delivered to that office or establishment, the
article shall be treated as an article unclaimed by its addressee.

Domestic & APO Orders

Most packages ship via USPS Priority Mail for an average delivery time of 2-3 days; heavier packages over 6 lbs may ship via UPS Ground, and lighter packages in areas where delivery times are equal to USPS Priority Mail may ship via USPS First Class Mail. Express Mail is also available, and is guaranteed overnight for most US locations. Please check USPS.com (http://ircalc.usps.gov/) to confirm if Express Mail will guarantee delivery to your address within 1 or 2 days.

To prevent fraud and protect our customers, high-value orders placed by first time customers may be subject to additional verification measures before shipping.

*This excludes orders placed on national holidays, orders placed during special sales (e.g., site-wide sales), shipments that require address verification, ID verification, other issues that require customer correspondence and the almighty force majeure. Also excludes Pre-Order items, items ordered along with Pre-Order items, special purchase items or warehouse/website maintenance periods- you will know before-hand if your order falls within a deferred shipping category or a maintenance period. 

**This excludes USPS Express Mail shipping and international orders.

Missing or Stolen Packages

Although an uncommon occurrence, there may be times when packages might end up missing or even stolen from their delivery address. Crossfire is responsible for everything up to the point of shipping, and once the order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier (usually USPS or UPS) to deliver it safely, in a timely manner to the address shown.

Crossfire is NOT responsible for any of the following situations:

Wrong address delivery due to an incorrect address being input by customer during order.

Missing package when order shows as being delivered.

Stolen package when order shows as being delivered. Damage to products that occur during shipping or delivery.

Unfortunately, package theft seems to be on the rise. Please take precautions to ensure that your delivery address is one that is safe for your packages to be left at, or please request signature confirmation in your order comments if someone is not always available to receive your order at that address.

Your USPS Mail Carrier or UPS Delivery Person usually has remarkable recall for details on where packages were left when contacted within a day or two of delivery. Sometimes lost or missing packages are left out of view and may even be with a neighbor. If you suspect your package was stolen, you must file a police report to file a claim with either UPS or USPS, so please make that a priority.

Exress Mail

When USPS Priority Mail Express is selected for shipping, Signature confirmation is required. In the event that no one is available to receive the package, the Post Office will leave a notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact your local Post Office for delivery/pickup details.

If you would like to waive the Signature requirement on your Express Mail shipping, please email the following to cs@skdtac.com : “Please waive the Signature confirmation requirement for my Express Mail order (your order confirmation number). I acknowledge that I will be responsible for any issues from wrong delivery, loss, theft or damage that may arise.”

Please include the following in the subject line: “Express Signature Waiver, Order (your order confirmation number)”

International Orders

International orders are charged standard USPS published rates and ship quickly via USPS Priority Mail Express International. Packages are shipped with full insurance, and typically arrive within 3-10 days. Please refer to the following link: http://ircalc.usps.gov/ or check the list below for estimated delivery times. To prevent fraud and protect our customers, first time international customers may be
asked to submit an ID. All subsequent orders will be sent without restriction.

As a general rule, we cannot export any laser products, IR products, functioning firearms parts, Arc’teryx products and SureFire products. Items that cannot be exported are noted accordingly in the product’s description. International orders containing “No Export” products will be canceled and refunded.

France- 6 days
Norway- 6 days

Duties & Taxes

International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Orders can NOT be declared as gifts or undervalued. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items. SKD will not be held responsible for the cost of items and/or shipping in the event that items are seized or rejected by Customs.

International Shipping Rates

If you would like to find out what your international shipping charges will be, simply add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once you select your country option and complete the additional address fields, your shipping charges will be displayed. 

Due to limits on USPS shipments and insurance, International orders may be subject to increased shipping fees if orders have to be split into multiple shipments.
